more tests that provide tests to ensure incorrectly specified yaml files are caught quickly:

scenario names should be unique
plot_group names should be unique
all specified folders should be checked for existence while parsing the yaml
test with specified and unspecified folders$CRSSDIR
test different misspelled keywords
