启动器启动时，在网络条件特殊的情况下，元数据就下不动了。更糟糕的是，程序不报错，而是硬等，并且只能在任务管理器强行关闭（

希望能提供元数据的 tar 包供有需要的用户使用。如果难度不大的话，把日志 print 出来也是很棒的。

~~但这都不是最糟糕的事情，最糟糕的事情是我没法复现这个问题了（~~

我考完试再想办法复现一下，复现之后再开个 issue
