Description

Use Flatlaf as the file explorer when selecting a puzzle to edit.

Closes #784

How Has This Been Tested?

Opened puzzle files using the Edit Puzzle button on home screen.

When you open a puzzle file in the proof editor and then click on File -> Save As, it does not use the Flatlaf file dialog. The same is true for the puzzle editor (both for when you are creating a new puzzle file and when you are editing an existing puzzle file).
