What is the current behavior?
We don't look at overall session level waits in 2016+, we only track current waits.

What is the expected behavior?
We should look at sys.dm_exec_session_wait_stats for more granular breakdown of stuff and things

Which versions of SQL Server and which OS are affected by this issue? Did this work in previous versions of our procedures?

After some thought, this doesn't help us much the way Who/First run.

We should cross apply for this to get the top n waits of significance like this in bqs.
