1. Added 5 new tasks for a total of 200 unique tasks! (Excluding secret tasks)
2. Added Hometown Day input option in 'My Town' for Hometown Day Tortimer Task.
3. Added task to talk to Tortimer regarding his winter vacations as well as logic for turning on the lighthouse over the subsequent week.
4. Spin an Umbrella task now worth 100 tickets and only given while raining; task icon image changed.
5. Fan and Pinwheel tasks added and given only during sunny and snowy weather, respectively.
6. Slight rebalance of tasks and ticket reward amounts for some tasks.
