Current sign-in just adds user to table.

We should have a modal popup that includes information about this user. This is really important in order to flag if the member has been suspended / banned / notes about them. We want to make sure the greeter sees these notes immediately.

Information to be displayed:

  • Members Name
  • If their membership is expired
  • If they are banned / suspended
  • Notes

This should be worked on branching off of spa branch for now and merged later.
