"Stale" designation

"Stale" isn't a new "label" (on the BrightID node backend) it's just a way of labeling on the frontend the "Just met" connections that haven't reconnected in the last 6 months. It's something you can see in the BrightID mobile app and filter by.

We can show these as "stale" instead of "just met".

We can add a way to filter out "stale" from the connection list.

This was requested by Bitsikka and I think it's a good idea.
