Safari tests are skipped for d2l-labs-multi-select-list tests

When switching to Playwright (#177), we had to skip even more Safari tests for the d2l-labs-multi-select-list and d2l-labs-multi-select-list-item. A few were already skipped but because Playwright is faster, the issue became more prominent.

These components are deprecated and d2l-tag-list and d2l-tag-list-item in core should be used instead. We should prioritize getting everywhere updated so we can simply cleanup the components and tests in this repo.
