BRFs on 128MiB FAT16 USB stick, lent by Steph to Ed, do not show up in library menu. Need to test more widely.

In our manual we do advise that we only support FAT32, but it is unreasonable to expect someone to distinguish between FAT16 and FAT32, and there is no technical reason not to support the former.
