Add support for column sorting and column resizing

The list of projects (in the options window) appear in the order that they were created, and there doesn't seem to be a way to sort them alphabetically.

Also, the options window isn't resizable and many of my project names and server paths get cut off. It would be nice to be able to expand the options window and to sort/resize the columns.
