Follow-up to #792 and #794

When setting a negative value like ctx.letterSpacing = -0.1em, the letter spacing becomes wider (as if it were set to 0.1).

I think the CSS_SIZE_REGEXP needs to be updated to capture leading negative signs in CSS values.
