What happened?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I enable sidebar - vertical space is not reduced for me, only horizontal space additionally occupied. Also some "actions", which were previously attached to top bar (like account button in my case) - become not accessible at all

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Native window close/hide buttons should go into Toolbar when sidebar is enabled
  2. actions previously attached to top bar should go to toolbar as well

Here is example how it looks in Vivaldi

Same happens on Linux (installed on Arch from AUR via yay) Version G6.0.13 (64-bit)

It only happens if I have this setting enabled. Everything works normal as long as tab bar is not hidden
