After installing AutoarchiveReloaded, i can make the entries in the account settings but no button shows up in the 'Extras' Menu.
Win7, TB 38.3.0, more add ons: Border Colors GT, Enigmail 1.8.2, Folderpane Tools 0.6.1, Lightning 4.0.3.1, LightningButton 1.5.3

Do you see the menu entry if you deactivate the other AddOns?
Can you post an image of the extra menu which you have?
Can you add the AutoArchive button to the toolbar (right mouse on toolbar, change..., drag&drop AutoArchive entry to toolbar)?
