Cf demande Cesnac

Dans la recherche d'itinéraire AGN - SAU , nous voulons comptabiliser 
uniquement ceux qui utilisent d'abord AGN puis ensuite SAU.
Or les critères de recherche des balises sont globaux !
En effet apparaissent les iti AGN -SAU mais aussi ceux utilisant SAU -AGN, y 
compris les travers balises

Quand nous voulons comptabiliser le nombre d'ITI impacter par une modification 
de suites de balises (ex : insérer "DUDUL" entre DIDIL et DODOL),
le résultat est erroné.
