Describe the bug
In the general settings, you need to select a default page for your submissions

This is the error message in the admin
BuddyForms Submissions Page Missing!
Please select a default page for your submissions in the BuddyForms general settings Select the Page Now!

But if you click on the Create a new Page link, nothing happens.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the general settings
  2. Click on Create a new Page

Expected behavior
A popup should open to enter a name for the new page
