Happens with 7.1.7
Changing the Biome IDs for the Oil Desert and Oil Ocean doesn't seem to take and acts as though it is hard coded. Altered values are overwritten back to biomeOilDesert=55 & biomeOilOcean=118

Works fine in 7.1.5
