404 not found ~partytown/debug/partytown-sandbox-sw.html with simple html and express server

hello, can someone help me? I have simple express server with partytown html repo but it still not working, can someone take a look? https://github.com/hiepxanh/partytown-example
I get partytown-sandbox-sw.html?1653749683957 404 (Not Found) error I cannot resolve, the dist not have that file, I just serve static file

first load alway success but second load will fail: partytown.js:42 GET http://localhost:3000/~partytown/debug/partytown-sandbox-sw.html?1653750131269 404 (Not Found)
