Rename ProcessGasElecLoadType Element

Overview

Rename the auc:ProcessGasElecLoadType element to auc:ProcessGasElectricLoadType.

Justification

The term ProcessGasElecLoadType is inconsistent with the term PlugElectricLoadType. In the former, the term "Electric" is abbreviated to "Elec", where in the latter, it is not.

Implementation

This proposal is to rename the auc:ProcessGasElecLoadType element to auc:ProcessGasElectricLoadType.
