Summary
You are allowed to:
Use the software in whatever way you like with no limitations. Look at the source code, decompile it and learn from it. Modify the source code for personal use. Modify the source code for server use.
You are not allowed to:
Copy any part of the source code and use it for redistribution, publication or any means of public distribution. Redistribute the original source code or its binary form without the licencor’s permission. Redistribute your modified changes or derivative work either its binary form or in source code form without the licencor’s permission. Terms 0. Definitions.
“This License” refers to version 1 of the Educational Public License.
“The Program” refers to any copyrightable work licensed under this License. Each licensee is addressed as “you”. “Licensees” and “recipients” may be individuals or organizations.
To “modify” a work means to copy from or adapt all or part of the work in any fashion, other than the making of an exact copy. The resulting work is called a “modified version” of the earlier work or a work “based on” the earlier work.

The present license is granted to any user of The Program. Terms of license may change anytime with or without notice. The user of this Program agrees and will be subject to the newest version of this license.
- Liability
The Program is provided ‘as is’ with no warranties, implied or otherwise. The owner of the Program takes no responsibility for any damages incurred from the use of the Program. All damages caused from the use or misuse of the Program fall on the user.
- Usage rights
The user is allowed to install the Program and use it without restriction.
- Modification rights
The user has the right to decompile the source code, look at either the decompiled version or the original source code, or to modify it for educational purposes.
- Distribution and Redistribution
The user is not allowed to distribute the Program partially, in totality, or included in a distribution without explicit permissions from the owner. In addition, no modifications or derivative works of this program is allowed to be distributed without the owner’s permission.
Private Mod Packs An exception to the distribution restriction is a private mod pack. Private mod packs are defined as a set of mods distributed as a bundle to provide access to game servers with ease. In which the pack is only distrubuted for personal use or small server usage. The User is allowed to distribute this Mod as part of a private mod pack if and only if the User provides proper attribution to the Owner (in the form of credit) and a URL to the Mod’s official download page on the download page of the mod pack. The user is warned that the pack should never be publically accessible for download if considered as private. If the pack can be downloaded publically then it is defined as a public mod pack.
If distribution permission is granted by the owner: Modified version of binaries and sources, as well as files containing sections copied from the Program, must be distributed under the terms of the present license. The source code of the modified version of the Program must be provided publicly and entirely at no costs.
