Integrated Blackbox viewer can not open new window from another stand alone window

When BBox viewer is opened from the main configurator interface there is the button New Window. This opens a new stand alone window for BBoxV and it works ok. But if the New Window button in this window is clicked, a new window is opened but probably with wrong internal url:

Your file was not found
It may have been moved or deleted.
ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
