Device detection on windows

At the current time godi will assume a single device for all sources and destination, as it cannot determine the device of a file or directory.

Once it's clear how to do that, performance will benefit, as reads and writes can be more parallel.

In the meanwhile, windows users can manually set the amount of parallel streams to use.
