Repro:
Realtor deletes a property in the /housing UI
The UI still shows the property for the realtor (shouldn't)
Realtor closes the UI and then reopens, and the property no longer shows (expected)
Other players open the /housing menu and they still see the deleted properties
per Project-Sloth/ps-housing#50
