Place upgrade packages randomly on the map, that can be picked up to give an edge for an agent over it's competitors (increased life, decreased cooldown time for guns, faster moves, stronger shield, radar invisibility, stronger weapon, etc.)

Add the idea of scarce ammunitions (limited quantities; replenished when picking up a package).
