I recently downloaded the script to rebalance my channels however, when I try to do:
rebalance.py -t [xxxxxxxxxxxx] -a 100000
I get the message 'Could not find a suitable route'. I've tried different channels and amounts but still didn't work. Any help is appreciated thanks!

To me that sounds like you're lacking good connections to the network. Do you have channels with a low fee rate that can be used as sources for the rebalance transactions?

I have 40 channels with fees ranging from 10-150 ppm.

That doesn't guarantee successful rebalances. You could try --fee-factor 2 (or any other value > 1) to see if that helps.

I can't find any suitable route. Even with --fee-factor 10

Then you might need other/more/better peers. Did you try with even higher fee factors?
