• Rename function to avoid nosetest issue. Nosetests ignores our setup.cfg in some conditions, which results in the execution of the function in question as test, then causing a following test to fail. renaming the function prevents this.
• Fix inconsistent database session use in tests. Database sessions were not always closed and therefore apparently closed before opening as a workaround. This has been resolved by closing sessions properly. Cleanup like commented code and use unittest assertions.
• Fix membership listing validation. The maximum and default date of the listing by date form and as well the year list of the listing by year form were generated on application start and not dynamically during form rendering. This led to the fact that with the turn of the year from 2019 to 2020 the new year did not appear in the year list and the current date could not be entered because it was considered in the past. Now the dates are handled dynamically during form rendering.
• Show positive balance in yellow. Balances not equal to zero have been shown as red before. This makes it hard to identify rare cases of positive balances. Therefore, these are now shown in yellow instead of red. Furthermore, the amount is prefixed with a plus sign. Negative balances stay red.

The Git command for retrieving version information was executed in the working directory thus not returning any results or even wrong results when the application executed from some other path. Now the Git command is executed based on the application path thus returning the application's Git version information to be displayed in the backend footer.
