Website (Tool): https://github.com/CAIDA/pyipmeta
Branch: https://github.com/CAIDA/catalog-data/tree/518-how_to_map_ips_through_pyipmeta/sources/recipe/how_to_map_ips_through_pyipmeta

The recipe shows how to map IP addresses through PyIPMeta for local files and maxmind/other providers.

  • add to the metadata links: MaxMind Geo, Netacuity, and prefix2as (find here https://catalog.caida.org/ )
  • add the same links to the Introduction
  • you need to include a link to, or instructions for, how to get SWIFT credentials
  • don't understand -l v1 or v2 locations file -b v1 or v2 blocks file (may be repeated)
    • break it up.
    • use code notation for the commands

You have a lot of good background, but a solution should be turn key. Ie. Near the top there should be code that is ready to use out of the box to solve the problem in your description. Then go on to provide more details.
