Control map border issue

Describe the bug
When an image is spatially matched to a base image, the contours, catalog sources, and vectors of the base image are projected on the image. Their positions are calculated from a generated control map. When the position is near the border, we may use data at the same index for bicubic interpolation, causing larger errors.
