Right ascension label in the image view does not change with the world coordinate system

Describe the bug
Right ascension label in the image view does not change with the world coordinate system. Could be a regression from supporting swapped-axes images.

To Reproduce

1. Open images with coordinate types right ascension and declination.
2. Change to a world coordinate system with different coordinate types, ex: GAL.
3. The "Right Ascension" label is not changed.

Expected behavior
The label changes with the world coordinate system, ex: "Galactic longitude" for GAL.
