Hidden Browse button in Output Settings #21

Describe the bug
The browse buttons on the output settings screen are hidden while the screen size reduces

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Output Settings screen'
Reduce 'Window Size'
Scroll down to 'Profanity file and Sentence cap file'
See error

Expected behavior
The browse button should remain visible
