Describe the bug
tus client receives 504 from API on upload of multiple files concurrently

Impact
currently client app needs to upload sync(one by one, one at the time) multi files.

To Reproduce
modify one of the example clients, such as browser to do concurrent multi uploads

Additional context
currently pulsenet app tried 10 files x 100mb each and get the 504 errors, it was reported that it looks to be working for up to 3-4 files concurrently and then it breaks (504 from API) for more that that.
