Investigate indexing without stemming and stop words for exact search #211

If I conduct a search looking for the exact phrase in the house of, the search results only seem to provide documents with the word house. If you click on any of the results and then search the page for "in the house of," the phrase is not in the document.

@kacinash I asked @karindalziel about this, and she knew right away that it's because of that particular search. "in" "the" and "of" are stopwords which have been removed from solr's text field's searching. This is a slightly larger issue. I think we would need to add and configure a new field that doesn't use stopwords? I think I'm going to punt this down the road for now in the interests of working on other issues instead.
