Wasn't sure the best way to make this known, but here goes:

I've built pam_2fa for Fedora and EPEL7. Packages have just been submitted:

https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/?packages=pam_2fa

Thank you for a very useful bit of software.

Thanks for the interest you are taking in our code.
Please note that this code was written while keeping RHEL/Centos 7 in mind, not Fedora.
In particular, SSH_USER_AUTH, was added to RHEL/Centos with a custom patch (https://git.centos.org/blob/rpms!openssh.git/c7/SOURCES!openssh-7.4p1-expose-pam.patch) before https://bugzilla.mindrot.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2408 was merged in upstream OpenSSH (upstream had ignored it for a long time).

Upstream OpenSSH has changed the patch after it was pulled by RedHat, in particular renaming the variable to 'SSH_AUTH_INFO_0'...
As such, I think that the code would need to be adapted to run on Fedora...
