resolves to a document with an owl:import

http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/DrugsNoChEBI_interactions_with_targets.owl

which is not resolvable.

I see. Will fix this. The file import statement should also be deleted after the file merging. We will do it later and check again. Thanks.
