Incorrect use of the <strong> tag. The <strong> tag should only be used for very important information. Emphasis and importance is read out when this tag is used. Date taken and Copyright would be shouted out at the user when using a screen reader.

If this is for a visual difference then the <b> tag should be used or better still the stylistic classes GDS offer for text.
