CLOVER model validation

Issue

Whilst the CLOVER model has been used for many real-world projects and situations, it has never been validated and fine-tuned to ensure it is giving accurate outputs. This should be a longer-term project, involving other stakeholders with real-world projects, that can help to improve the accuracy of the CLOVER model outputs.

Proposal

Work with mini-grid companies or organisations using CLOVER to understand where the model may have biases that might lead to under or over-sizing of systems. Test the CLOVER model against other models, HOMER, off-gridders etc.
