[NOREF] Add CEDAR System UUID

Changes and Description

• Creating this PR to address some comments @adamodd brought up in EASI-3937 System summary updates (FE) #2598

How to test this change

• Either with mock data or real CEDAR data, navigate to System Profile and ensure the CedarSystem returns a uuid (or null, if the system doesn't have one)
