Location for clock

Clock needs new location. It is currently on top of the speaker since the ethernet cord restricts its location.

I closed the issue because that is where Members seem to want it.

When ticket was originally opened it was for old clock design that used a Serial connection to Roboclub8 (not an ethernet cord). New Arduino based-design does use an ethernet cord, however it has a wide range of area it can be moved to with the attached cable.
