I believe in the work that UW is doing on WA. However one thorny problem 
remains. We need to have a VO emulator for WA so that VO users can use it 
natively.

I'm not sure what you mean here?  Do you just want the keyboard shortcuts to 
match VO?

In general, we'd like users to be able to switch between different preferred 
keyboard 
layouts.  We just haven't had the resources to get that done yet.

Are you interested in working on it?

Unfortunately no. The nice selling point of VO is the "Top Down" approach. This 
is 
very different from the way Windows/*nix screen readers traditionally handle 
data. It 
would require a fair amount of work.
