Link versions in Changes/ChangeLog to dist info for that version #773

It would be awesome to be able to click the version numbers down there to jump to that version of the dist.

It would also be cool to have links to diffs of the various changes... like
click two (for lack of a better widget) checkboxes and then see the release
diff for those versions.

No one has come forward to do this, closing as part of the great issue cull of Dec 2013
