After stopping node, restart does not work (not syncing)

Describe the bug
After the node was stopped (computer shut down while vps browser and command prompt were open), the restart is not succesful. It starts, my account gets unlocked, but it does not start syncing and consequently claiming campaign.

To Reproduce
Node was stopped, then I restarted the node with the command; cpchain.exe run --datadir ./datadir --unlock 0x6D353d1943D0Da970fd7DBD3fdAB64D3C21C6877 -- rpcaddr 127.0.0.1:8501 --port 30311 --mine —rpcapi personal,eth,cpc,admission,net,web3,db,txpool,miner --linenumber

Afterwards, several lines of code appear, I unlock my account, but nothing happens consequently. I also restarted the VPS, but no change.
