Second CRowdCLassic release

All old wallets are out of the network now.

• Changes in source were made, ousting all communication with wallets working on 70206 protocol
• Backward compatibility still works - just put your old CRC wallet.dat into CRowdCLassicCore directory and restart

• Added new dnsseeder url to resolve the network flood between the new, old and swapped nodes
