createModule command doesn't work

Describe the bug
Create module command doesn't work. mTitle is not parsed.
it says "mTitle should only contain spaces and letters, and it should not be blank"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in as admin
2. type: createModule mCode/CS1231 mTitle/Bla

Expected behavior
module created
