Hmmm, I can't replicate this bug on my local copy.

Steps to reproduce the actual bug:

course add c/CEG n/Comptuer Engineering f/SOC
student add n/Megan Nicole i/A0168000B c/CEG p/98765432 e/johnd@example.com a/311, Clementi Ave 2, #02-25 
module add mc/CG1111 mn/SOE
class add cn/T16 mc/CG1111 e/20
class addstudent cn/T16 mc/CG1111 i/A0168000B
student list
student delete 1

The original bug report could be better with more description and proper steps to reproduce the bug. Note that the student is actually deleted but doesn't automatically refresh the student list. However under normal circumstances where you do a manual student list, student add follow by student delete, the student list will be refreshed.
