Sorting function for events is case sensitive

Describe the bug
The the sorting function is case sensitive and events which start with a lower case letter are appended to the bottom of the list.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add events with names of different cases
2. Enter sort name
3. See error in "events" panel

Expected behavior
Events should be sorted, regardless of upper or lower cases, or should be stated in the user guide
