Description

From this sheet

When you zoom in on a tight time period (for example, the close approach period between Athena-Fidus and Luch), the tooltip no longer shows both satellite's longitude measurements; it only shows one.

Context

This might be happening when there is only one orbit with data at that or those timestamps.
