Incorrect Date in Daily Files for April 23 #2363

Commit c089a7d added data for April 23rd. However, the Last_Update column is populated with the dates '2020-04-24'. Please correct to '2020-04-23'.

This issue can be merged with #2355.

2020-04-24 files now have the same problem. Last_Update is "2020-04-25".
