Hospitalization Date has been removed

On August 28 we stopped reporting hospitalization data (sourced from COVID Tracking project (CTP): https://covidtracking.com/) on our CSSE dashboard. Firstly, many states still have yet to report cumulative hospitalizations, and are unlikely to do so in the future, therefore the data set remains incomplete. Second, as outlined by CTP (source 1, 2) there are concerns over the reliability and stability of the hospital data reported. For these reasons we believe there is not sufficient added value to continue reporting this variable. Instead, we refer you directly to CTP (https://covidtracking.com/), who are doing an excellent job collecting state level data and documenting the related data quality issues.
