Washington State appears to be processing some backlogged cases; number and age are not listed.
"DOH identified a backlog of positive lab tests. We will process them as resources permit. Most tests are from before May 1, 2021. This data note will remain until all backlogged positive tests have been processed and included in the dashboards."
Someone has taken some time to characterize the nature and magnitude of the data being backfilled in a handful of large WA counties, this might be useful:
