I originally filed this against ourworldindata as I was unaware that they are sourcing the data from here (owid/covid-19-data#2306). It appears that the data for Austria is not correct for the date range from the 19th to the 22nd of January or at least it does not like up with official data.
I'm assuming what happened is that there was a delay in data reporting on the Austrian side and now the case numbers are not matching up.
