Global time series issues

However, I saw that the update time on those repositories did not cover 24 hours period:

https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19/blob/master/csse_covid_19_data/csse_covid_19_daily_reports/02-12-2023.csv

say they were updated, but have not in fact been updated. The latest date showing is Feb 17 and then followed by Feb 19.

It appears to have been an issue with GitHub. Can you rectify it?
